Dr. Michael A. Law O.D.
Dr. Law specializes in comprehensive optometric care. His special interests include: dry eyes, glaucoma, age related macular degeneration, contact lens management, and perioperative cataract and refractive surgery eye care.
Dr. Law was born in El Dorado, Arkansas and raised in Crossett, Arkansas. After graduating from Crossett High School, he served in the United States Navy where he obtained a Top Secret SI security clearance and graduated top in his class at CTR C School in Pensacola, Florida. Dr. Law has lived in many countries around the world and has experienced a wide variety of cultures.
After being honorably discharged from the Navy, Dr. Law received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. He then continued to become a graduate of the Inter American University of Puerto Rico College of Optometry in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.
Dr. Law developed interest in the field of Optometry while on a mission trip to Africa where he worked hands-on with the Maasai people. He has a continuing interest in mission work and is helping to develop an Eye Clinic for the underprivileged at the ECHO clinic in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. He is also a member of the American Optometric Association and the Arkansas Optometric Association. He is happily married with two beautiful daughters and a Jack Russell named Ojo to complete the family.
Dr. John R. Vanderbush O.D.
Dr. Vanderbush began practicing at Fayetteville EyeCare Clinic in the fall of 2010. A member of the Arkansas Optometric Association, as well as the American Optometric Association, he earned his degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 2010, where he graduated cum laude. At SCO, he was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa academic honor society. He completed externships at The Eye Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas and at Drs. Kapperman and White Eyecare in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Dr. Vanderbush received his bachelor’s of science degree in biochemistry from the University of Arkansas, where he graduated magna cum laude. Originally from Benton, Arkansas, Dr. Vanderbush is a huge Razorback fan, and enjoys backpacking, softball, guitar, and playing with his dog, Betsy.
